The documentary Ouro Verde (translated as Green Gold) proposes to tell the story of the importance of coffee and the creation and growth of Londrina and several cities in the region. In addition to interviews with more than 20 people and coffee experts, the project includes the retrieval of historical photos and rare images from the first years of the city, recorded by Companhia de Terras Norte do Paraná (Paranás Northern Soil Company) itself. In director's Fábio Cavazzoti words: “The film provides the viewer with a dive in the first decades of our history, showing various influences that coffee has left in our current society".
